Added by B214High School DxD New (ハイスクールD×D NEW Haisukūru Dī Dī Nyū, also written as Highschool DxD NEW) is the upcoming second season of the High School DxD anime, set to air in July 2013, according to the anime's official twitter account which posted a picture of their booth in the upcoming Anime Expo 2013 event with the season's release date.
It will cover the Birth of the Breast Dragon Emperor arc of the light novels, although it is unknown how many episodes will be produced due to the number of novels featured in that arc being twice that of the previous arc used for Season 1. The new season will be produced by TNK and will be directed by Tetsuya Yanigasawa and written by Takao Yoshioka, as with the first season.
